Chips-Cheetos, Doritos, Freetos

I enjoy chips. But they are junk food... Bummer, huh? Plus, if you eat to many before a meal (such as dinner), they could you up and you cant eat the delicious steak dinner placed in front of you, a healthy main course. And if you don't eat that, you cant have the chocolate shake that's for dessert.
Don't eat to much before meals.
